What is an active request slot?

On the Basic plan you have one active request at a time. As soon as a request is marked completed, your slot frees up and you can send the next one. Premium gives you three slots running in parallel.

What if my request is big?

Larger work — like a new page, a redesign, or a new feature — gets a separate quote before anything starts. You approve the price and timeline first, so there are never surprises.

Is hosting really included?

Yes. Both care plans include hosting and database costs for your website. You get one monthly bill instead of paying separate providers.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Care plans are month to month with no lock-in. If you cancel, your site stays online until the end of the paid period and we hand over everything you need to move it.
